Quality + ISO

Quality is an essential fiber of APC.  It is fundamental to our success and directly impacts the success of our employees and clients.

In 2004, APC extended its quality commitment by becoming one of a few, elite professional services firms to achieve an ISO 9001:2000. APC received a perfect score on its first attempt and has maintained a current certification ever since. In 2010, APC updated its certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The 9001:2008 certification confirms that APC complies with a defined level of quality in business activities that include documentation, recruiting, quality service processes and client satisfaction.

ISO 9001:2008 has become an international reference for quality requirements in business-to-business dealings. This distinction is used worldwide to recognize companies with proven commitment to their customers, their employees and to quality.

APC’s proven, quality focus extends beyond certifications.  We take tremendous pride in our client interactions and trusted relationships.  This includes being placed on the primary suppliers list at many Fortune 500 companies and having long-standing, repeat clients.  In fact, APC is consistently ranked in the top 25 percent during annual supplier performance evaluations.

We are committed to equal opportunity to qualified minority- and women-owned suppliers.  Since 1999, more than 49 percent of our suppliers have been MWBE suppliers who continuously access, develop and improve valued services for both clients and employees.

APC demands quality from its professionals and our team members deliver.  By offering challenging assignments that leverage an individual’s skills and potential, APC is able to maintain a 15-percent employee-initiated turnover rate which is less than one-half to one-third of the industry average.
