We can generally provide qualified candidates within one day after receiving a client requisition. The selection process time varies based on the specific requirements and the availability of our professionals. For example:

• If the appropriate professional can be found within our database, then the candidates are known to APC and are pre-screened for technical competency specific to the statement of work. The result is a one-day search.
  
  
• If APC does not have a professional available with the specific skills required for the job, then the position is posted on our website to be reviewed by job seekers, our employees, and business partners. The turnaround time for this type of search is generally two days.
  
  
• If the position requires an extensive search for a candidate, then the job will be posted on external job boards as well.  These may require up to a three-day turnaround, taking into consideration interviews, reference and background checks.

We have two key types of specialists to find the right professionals for our clients’ business needs. A business development representative (BDR) works closely with the client to determine the scope of the task and the best type of professional(s) needed. The second key individuals in the candidate search process are our recruiters. These individuals source and qualify candidates for the BDR’s consideration. The recruiters are supported by sourcer assistants. Splitting up the functions allows the BDRs to focus more closely on the client to handle their business needs. The BDR also helps with the integration of new professionals into the client’s workplace.
