APC has Business Analysis personnel that are experienced working as a liaison among project stakeholders in order to obtain, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and systems. Our business analysts' recommend solutions based on the stakeholders requirements in order to achieve the organizations goals.

The types of deliverables for our Business Analysts include but are not limited to:

• Functional Requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements
• User Requirements -describe the needs of the stakeholders on how the product / process will be designed and developed
• Non-Functional Requirements - requirements that do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. Examples: security, performance, scalability, quality, and usability.
