Subtier Relationship
As a subtier partner, your company can provide qualified professionals directly to APC’s clients. We allow your company to utilize our contract to provide services to clients we serve. Your company is responsible for marketing your services and developing the client relationships. APC will provide you with job requisitions divided by geographic locations that you choose to serve. APC charges a fee that is either a fixed percentage of the engagement's services revenue or a minimum dollar amount. We encourage you to develop relationships with our client's managers by providing their names and e-mail addresses to you after your candidate is selected for an interview. Subcontractor Relationship
As a Subcontractor to APC, your company would provide qualified professionals for opportunities that are identified by APC. APC would be responsible for finding and marketing the engagement. APC is responsible for working directly with the client manager. An hourly rate is negotiated between you and APC for your professional's services. Under this relationship, your client is APC. This option allows APC to quickly find qualified professionals for difficult to place positions, while giving you the opportunity to make more placements and build your relationship with APC. Your professional would represent APC in this client engagement. APC maintains client relationship and is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction.
Pass-Through Opportunities Many large Fortune 500 companies require independent subcontractors to work through a core supplier to perform services. APC will help you through this process. We understand the strict contract requirements and billing procedures. Our computer systems are linked with our clients to streamline the order and invoicing process.
